PML-N leader Hamza Shehbaz link filesa constitutional petition link in theLahore High Court on Friday seeking court order for holding electionlink of chief minister in the PunjabAssembly.
Punjab Assembly speaker, deputy speaker and others were made respondents inthe petition link, which prays that thepost of chief minister was vacant since April 1 and the court should ordersummoning of the assembly session and immediate electionlink of the CM.
It was also requested in the petition link todeclare as illegal the step to seal the Punjab Assembly gates.
