*AGRA: In an unprecedented event, the ultimate testament of love, the ‘TajMahal’ was echoed with slogans of ‘Pakistan Zindad’ during the Urscelebrations of Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in Agra, India, ARY News reportedon Saturday.*
In a video, seen by the ARY News, youths were chanting slogans in favour ofPakistan, expressing their love with the country, when they entered, alongwith a green ‘chadar’, through the Royal Gate of the Taj Mahal on the lastday of the Urs.
The video of the group of devotees, who were chanting ‘Pakistan Zindabad’slogans went viral almost immediately after the event.
The devotees laid the ‘chadar’ and floral wreath on the grave of Mughalemperor Shah Jahan and chanted Pakistan Zindabad slogans. Theadministration of the iconic monument tried to stop the youths but failed.
Indian police and security agencies have launched a countrywide searchoperation to arrest the youths over chanting slogans in favour of Pakistan.
Taj Mahal is an immense mausoleum of white marble, built in Agra between1631 and 1648 by the order of the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in memory ofhis favourite wife. The Taj Mahal is the jewel of Muslim art in India andone of the universally admired masterpieces of the world’s heritage.
