KARACHI – The joint investigation team completed the probe into the Intizarmurder case on Saturday.
The report bearing the signatures of Additional IG CTD Sanaullah Abbasi hasbeen sent to Interior Ministry besides submitting it to the court.
Sources said that the report has recommended departmental action againstSSP Muqadas Haider, saying that there was no evidence against the officerwho had not followed the SOPs.
It also recommended another case against the policemen involved in theincident.
The report also recommended action against the people involved in peddlingice drug among young girls and boys.
According to the JIT, the same group provided drugs to Madiha Kayani andher friends.
