*ISLAMABAD – The ongoing fourth edition of Pakistan Super League (PSL) hasseen a fresh array of fast bowlers with the likes of Haris Rauf, MohammadHasnain, Mohamamd Musa, and Mohammad Ilyas making the head turn with theirbowling ability.*

However, the tournament has not enjoyed similar luck in unearthing youngbatting guns, which has a lot to do with the batsmen not being patientenough believe Pakistan’s batting legend Younis Khan.

“I think young batsmen need to be patient rather as they believe that it isa T20 than they should just opt to play with aggressively and that is notthe case,” said Khan, who is currently part of the Peshawar Zalmi franchise.

Khan further said that youngsters should look up to the examples of KamranAkmal and Shane Watson, on how to pace their inning, when to score and whentake time. “It is very important for young batsmen that they should notonly practice on hitting boundaries, but should also practice in facing40-50 deliveries. If they do so I believe a lot of batting talent cancome,” said Khan.
