ISLAMABAD: Spokesman to Prime Minister Nadeem Afzal Chan on Thursday saidif Nawaz Sharif wanted to take treatment at London hospitals then he shouldfile a petition in the court for taking permission to go abroad.

He said Nawaz Sharif could take best medical treatment from any hospital ofthe country.

During the Cabinet meeting, Prime Minister Imran Khan directed to thePunjab government to provide quality treatment to the former prime ministerand negligence would not be tolerated in that regard, he said talking to aprivate news channel.

He prayed to Allah Almighty for early health recovery of Nawaz Sharif andsaid that he had ruled for 30 years in the country and could now gettreatment from any hospital, which had constructed during his regime.

He said it was evidence of fact that best treatment had already beenprovided to Nawaz Sharif from medical board on his wishes, urged thatnobody should do politics for point scoring on the matter.

He said the Sharif brothers were nabbed during the regime of PervaizMusharraf but being a democratic government of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf PTIwas determined to provide excellent medical treatment facilities toPakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader.

The spokesman urged the political parties to refrain from personal attackson others for political gains.
