Afghan Taliban have demanded a new constitution and formation of an interim government in Afghanistan.
Addressing the participants of an extra-ordinary meeting held in Moscow to end war and settle down the Afghan issue, head of the Taliban delegation, Sher Mohammad Abbas Stanikzai said the Kabul government constitution is invalid and we want an Islamic constitution.
Besides Taliban, former Afghan President Hamid Karzai and some other leaders attended the meeting. However, no representative from the Afghan government was invited to the talks.
