"Srinagar: In the occupied Kashmir, an Indian Major opened fire on his fellow soldiers, injuring 6 personnel, while he also turned hostile towards multiple officers present in the camp.

In the occupied Kashmir, indiscipline began to prevail in the Indian army, and in the Thannamandi, Rajouri area, the Indian Major present in the camp fired indiscriminately on his officers and fellow soldiers, causing chaos and injuring multiple personnel in the camp.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the incident occurred in the Rashtriya Rifles, which is not the first, as there have been previous reports of incidents involving Indian soldiers' suicides and firing on colleagues by Indian forces in the occupied Kashmir.

According to an Indian investigative report, in the past few years, there have been a total of 82 such incidents."
