*ISLAMABAD - Pakistan Women cricket team made history on Monday after they record their first ever One Day International (ODI) win against South Africa in their first ODI at Senwes Park, Potchefstroom.*
Pakistan Women beat South Africa by eight wickets, with 35.2 overs to spare, which is their biggest-ever ODI win in terms of balls remaining.
Star all-rounder Sana Mir set up the platform for Pakistan after her figures of four wickets for eleven runs, helped restrict South Africa on a dismal total of 63. For Pakistan, middle order batsman Javeria Khan top-scored with an unbeaten knock of 34 runs, and alongside skipper Bismah Maroof (12) led her side to a comfortable eight wickets win in the 15th over.
