Diamer Bhasha Dam: Supreme Court seeks important report from WAPDA

ISLAMABAD – Supreme Court has sought timeframe from WAPDA for constructionof Diamer Basha and Mohmand Dams.

A three member bench of the apex court headed by Chief Justice Mian SaqibNisar heard the case pertaining to construction of dams in Islamabad onThursday.

The Chief Justice said an implementation bench has been constituted toensure construction of the dams in given timeframe.

He said the attorney general will be the focal person of the implementationbench.
