RAWALPINDI – Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Director General AsifGhafoor has spoken over the issue of role of military establishment indecision making.
Ghafoor said that PM Imran Khan is autonomous in decision making whileestablishment gives professional input.
Addressing a press conference in Rawalpindi, the DG said that Pakistan Armydoes not belong to any party of province.——————————
ISPR DG said that Pakistan has taken several positive initiatives for peacewith India, and the latest one is groundbreaking of Kartarpur corridor.
“India is responding negatively to Kartarpur Border opening that will beone entry point into Pakistan for Indian Sikhs. I hope that India willpositively respond to this goodwill gesture,” he told. Asif Ghafoorinformed that the corridor will be constructed in six months and fourthousand Sikh pilgrims will be able to visit the Kartarpur daily.
