ISLAMABAD – Chief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar has hinted atsuspending IHC judgement against Sharif family.
CJP remarked that apparently there is no option except to suspend thejudgement of the Islamabad High Court.
Hearing the NAB appeals against suspension of sentences of former primeminister Nawaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz and Capt (retd) Safdar in the Avenfieldreference on Tuesday, he asked the counsels of both parties to come tocourt after preparing for the point of the verdict suspension.
“Has any court pronounced such judgement in the past?” he questioned.

The CJP remarked that the IHC gave the impression that the appeal will beheard first of all by reserving the judgement.
