Gold prices continue downwards trend in Pakistan

Karachi: In Pakistan, for the second consecutive day, there has been asignificant decrease in the price of gold. The price per tola has decreasedby an additional 10,500 rupees.

In the international bullion market, the price of gold per ounce hasdropped by 5 dollars and reached the level of 1926 dollars, which has ledto a significant decrease in local currency markets. Consequently, theprice per tola and per ten grams of gold in local markets decreased by10,500 rupees and 9,002 rupees, respectively, on Wednesday. Following therecent decrease, the price of gold per tola in gold markets across Pakistanhas reached 222,300 rupees, and the price per ten grams has dropped to190,586 rupees.

On the other hand, the price of silver per tola has also decreased by 100rupees to 2,700 rupees, and the price per ten grams of silver has droppedby 85.73 rupees to 2,314.81 rupees.
