Lahore: Over the issue of Salahuddin killing in police custody, DPO RahimYar Khan has been sacked by CM Punjab.
Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Usman Buzdar on Thursday removed Rahim YarKhan’s District Police Officer in case pertaining to death of ATM thiefSalahuddin in police custody.
This was stated by CM spokesperson Shahbaz Gill in a tweet.
Earlier, Senior Civil Judge Shaikh Fayaz Hussain has been tasked to carryout a probe into the death of suspected ATM thief Salahuddin Ayubi whoallegedly died from severe torture by police in Rahim Yar Khan.
