ISLAMABAD – Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) leadership have decidedto end differences between the leadership and former interior ministerChaudhry Nisar Ali Khan.
Chaudhry Nisar had parted ways with the party after Nawaz Sharif started tobash the state institutions over Panama leaks case which was rejected bystalwart politician Chaudhry Nisar.
According to a local media reportlink,a senior party leader was quoted as that the since the party has lost manyseats in the district, it is time for them to unite and stay together.
He further said, “Efforts were being made to arrange a meeting between thePML-N supreme leader Nawaz Sharif and Chaudhry Nisar at Adiala Jail,”adding that it is important to bring Chaudhry Nisar on board because “hisleadership qualities always helped the local leaders to handle complicatedissues in the Potohar region”.
He said the PML-N wanted to end its internal differences before theby-elections in NA-60 and NA-59 Rawalpindi and had started a discussion onthe issue at the higher level of the party.
