ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) will hear a petition today filed against eligibility of PTI Chairman Imran Khan to become Prime Minister.
Justice Amir Farooq of IHC will hear the case.
The petitioner in his plea has said that Imran Khan is not eligible to become Prime Minister under Article 62 of the constitution.
