ISLAMABAD: Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) says it is fully authorised to take strict action against any official found involved in pre-poll rigging or other irregularities. Talking to a news channel, the ECP spokesman, Chaudhry Nadeem Qasim said if any complaint is received from any political party in this regard, action can be taken against the responsible officer. AFP
