LAHORE: Associated Group plans on launching an all-business-classcommercial airline service that will target businessmen, executives andbankers as their niche market.
According to a reportlinkpublishedin *Profit,* the Group is looking to make an investment of $15 million forthis project, which is in the advanced stages of implementation. Theoperations of the airline will focus on flights within Pakistan.
“We have identified Embraer E-190 as potential aircraft for the service,”Iqbal Z Ahmed, CEO of Associated Group, said while talking to *Profit*.“It’s an 80-passenger aircraft with all business class seats and we aretargeting to start our commercial operations from January 1, 2020,” headded.
