Former President Asif Ali Zardari lands into yet another trouble

*ISLAMABAD – Former president Asif Ali Zardari lands into trouble in thedisqualification case filed against him.*

*He has been given two weeks to submit his reply to the disqualificationpetition against him.*

The Islamabad High Court heard the case on Thursday.

“Why can’t such matters be resolved in parliament? There should be a properforum to resolve political differences,” remarked Chief Justice AtharMinallah.

He referred to PTI leader Usmar Dar, the petitioner, and said that hecould’ve gone to the FBR. “Why don’t you leave courts to hear casespertaining to problems of the people?”

Dar said that they have verified their documents from all relevant forums.“Asif Zardari hid his New York apartment in his nomination papers. He isneither Sadiq nor Amin,” he remarked.

The chief justice said that the matter should be sent before aparliamentary committee. Once the committee submits its report, then thecourt can hear the case.
