WASHINGTON – US President Donald Trump says an economic miracle is takingplace in the United States but the only thing that can stop it are foolishwars and politics.
In his State of the Union speech, he said great nations do not fightendless wars.
President Trump hailed his administration’s efforts for peace with Talibanin Afghanistan, and said if a deal could be reached, it would allow him tobring some U.S. troops back home.
He also hailed the allies’ gains against Islamic State militants in Syriaand reiterated his plan to withdraw U.S. troops from the war zone.
On the North Korea issue, Trump announced that his second summit with NorthKorean leader Kim Jong Un would take place on 27th and 28th of this monthin Vietnam.
