PESHAWAR – The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government is spending fifty millionrupees on promotion of kitchen gardening across the province.

According to Agricultural Training Institute Peshawar, the government hasstarted a two-year project for training women in kitchen gardening in theprovince.

Under the project, more than four thousand women will be trained in growingvegetables.

The kitchen gardening training scheme will enable women to earn theirlivelihood in a dignified manner.
