ISLAMABAD (APP) The Central Development Working Party (CDWP) at a meeting held here on Thursday approved of 100 small dams to be constructed at a cost of Rs 8.52 billion in Balochistan province.
These dams will have storage capacity of 75,000 acre of water.
Minister for Planning, Development and Reforms, Ahsan Iqbal presided over the meeting .
These small dams would be built at different locations in the province and would be of great importance to the local people of the area for fulfilling their energy requirements.
