KARACHI: Veteran journalist Ataul Haq Qasmi has levelled seriousallegations against PML N leader Maryam Aurangzeb.
Qasmi has termed Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader MarriyumAurangzeb a liar and disloyal person.
Former chairman PTV said he quitted his post a year earlier of hisdesignated tenure because of such people. “Marriyum and former secretaryinformation Ahmed Nawaz Sukhera had good mutual understanding and theyconcocted a false case against me,” he said.
Opening Pandora’s box against the former information minister, he said theyframed him in the PTV corruption case.
He said the PML-N leaders forged a case against him pertaining to budget ofa programme.

It is also pertinent here to mention that the Supreme Court last monthdeclared the appointment of Ata ul Haq Qasmi on the post of managingdirector of state-run television as unlawful.
The journalist said former federal minister Pervez Rasheed offered him thatpost and after some hesitation he had accepted it.
