KARACHI: Ten people were killed when massive fire broke out at a hotel in Shahra-e-Faisal Karachi in the wee hours early this morning.
Sixty-five people are seriously wounded and admitted to Jinnah hospital Karachi.
The blaze erupted at the sixth floor of the hotel.

According to reports, rescue operations are underway and fire tender vehicles overcome the fire.
The cause of fire is not confirmed yet.
Meanwhile, Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has expressed deep sorrow over the loss of lives in the fire.
Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has also expressed profound grief and sorrow over the loss of precious human lives in the incident of fire eruption in a hotel in Karachi.

In a statement, he extended condolences to the families of those who lost their lives.
He also prayed for early recovery of those injured in the incident.
