ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Imran Khan issues stern warning, refuse to bowbefore pressure of the corrupt elite of Pakistan who want to throw himaway. PrimeMinister (PM) Imran Khan on Tuesday stated that corrupt mafia wants tospread chaos and uncertainty in the country to shield their vestedinterests.
As per details garnered, the premier presided over a huddle of party’sspokesperson here in Islamabad.
The premier maintained that a successful tenure will prove final nail inthe coffin of the corrupt mafia.
Stressing on the needs of taking ‘tough decisions’, premier apprised thatstructural reforms were a must to overhaul the rotten economic framework.
PM Khan made it overtly clear that the federal govt remained committed toimplement the agenda of reforms come what may. “Implementing reforms is adifficult phase; not impossible”, the premier was quoted as saying.
PM further apprised attendants that CAD has shrunk by mammoth 32pc in thefirst year of the government. “When we took over reins of the country, aCAD amounting to USD 20 billion was inherited by us”, added Khan.
“I have already predicted that corrupt mafia will took to streets to shieldtheir economic interests”, added the premier.
