Videos shared on social media depict a crowd assaulting his vehicle anddirecting insults at him. Some argue that this backlash is a result of hisgovernment’s perceived poor performance, while others attribute it togrievances about the damaged drainage system in Lahore’s Kahna area.
During this incident, the windshield of his vehicle was damaged, but theformer prime minister emerged unharmed. Subsequently, Shehbaz Sharifaddressed the incident on the social media platform X, acknowledging theencounter and sharing a video in which he engaged with the individuals whohad stopped his vehicle to listen to their concerns.
