The Chairman of PTI has approached the High Court to delay the decision ofdisqualification in the Toshakhana case.
Sardar Latif Khosa, the advocate on behalf of the Chairman of PTI, hasfiled a petition in the Islamabad High Court, requesting a modification inthe appeal that seeks to quash the Chairman of PTI’s disqualification inthe Toshakhana case.
The modification aims to allow the state to form a commission to determinethe Chairman’s disqualification based on the notification issued by theElection Commission.
