Islamabad: Amid ongoing Afghan reconciliation talks, the tripartite meetingof Pakistan, Afghanistan and China is going to be held in Islamabad onSeptember 7.
As per details garnered, Afghanistan’s national security advisor, HamdullahMohib and Chinese foreign minister Wang Yi will arrive in Islamabad forhuddle.
Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi will lead Pakistan’s delegation inthe meeting.
Extension of flagship China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) toAfghanistan is included in the agenda of huddle. The attendants will alsoreview ongoing Afghan reconciliation process.
Separately, UAE and Saudi Arabia’s foreign ministers had arrived inPakistan and pledged support to Kashmir cause.
