ISLAMABAD – *Captain of Pakistan cricket team Sarfraz Ahmed has hinted atjoining politics *
*He said that he will think a career in politics in the future.*
“I am playing cricket at the moment,” Ahmed said on Sunday. I am notinterested in politics right now.
“Cricketers will think of becoming politicians after they make a name forthemselves.”
The Pakistani skipper congratulated former cricketer Imran Khan on winningthe 2018 general elections.
“I am happy that a cricketer has become such an esteemed politician,” headded.
Ahmed went on to say that he only discussed cricketing affairs with Khanduring their meeting.
