DASKA – The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) carried out an operation ona tip-off in Daska near Sialkot on Wednesday and arrested a terrorist of abanned outfit.

According to a CTD spokesperson, the arrested terrorist Yousuf is commanderof a banned outfit and was planning to carry out terrorist activities atreligious places in Sialkot.

The spokesman further informed that explosive material, maps of variouslocations and prohibited literature was also recovered from the arrestedterrorists.

The arrested terrorist was later shifted to some undisclosed location forfurther investigation.
