ISLAMABAD – Former Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal lands in big trouble asNAB has kicked off corruption investigations against him.
NAB has formally started investigations against PML-N leader and formerinterior minister Ahsan Iqbal in Narowal sports city complex scandal.
According to Dunya News sources, NAB has sent a questionnaire to AhsanIqbal. Chairaman NAB Justice (r) Javed Iqbal took notice of the allegedembezzlement in construction of Narowal sports city complex.
The sources said security measures were also not taken into account in Rs 6billion project. The sports city is only 800Km away from Indian border andbuilt on 44 acres.
