Security Forces conducted an area Sanitization Operation in Dewagar, NorthWaziristan, on the reported presence of terrorists, says Inter-ServicesPublic Relations.

During intense exchange of fire, 1 terrorist, Zahid ud Din resident ofDewagar, North Waziristan was killed.

Terrorist, Zahid ud Din was an active member of TTP in the Dewagar andKharseen areas. He remained actively involved in target killings, terroristactivities against Security Forces, extortion and planting IEDs, thestatement added.
