Federal Ombudsman Syed Tahir Shahbaz has stressed upon the federal government departments to introduce E-pension system in the departments and to ensure payment of family pension without succession certificate. Chairing a meeting at Federal Ombudsman Secretariat in Karachi on Wednesday, he instructed the federal government departments to ensure the process of finalization of pension cases within 30 days.
