QUETTA – Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa has vowed to takeBalochistan province in par with the developed areas of the Pakistan.

Yesterday COAS inagurted the Gwadar desalination plant for citizens ofGwadar and today he inaugurated a cadet college in Awaran on Monday.According to the ISPR, the COAS also inaugurated Turbat-Balida Road.

The General Officer Commanding (GOC) briefed the COAS about social andeconomic projects.

Later, he also met local dignitaries.

Speaking on the occasion, COAS Qamar Javed Bajwa said that steps are beingtaken for progress and stability of the area.
