ISLAMABAD – The Supreme Court, in its detailed judgment has revealed thatthe appeal for reopening the Hudaibya reference, is time-barred.
In the 36-page judgment, it has been stated that the High Court rightlydismissed the reference.
The court said that the matter cannot be re-investigated.
“The NAB chairman did nothing to forward the case for four years,” it added.
