Indian Army resorts to unprovoked firing at LoC

ISLAMABAD – Indian forces have once again resorted to unprovoked firingalong the Line of Control (LoC), said a statement from the Inter-ServicesPublic Relations (ISPR).

The latest incident of firing by Indian troops occurredin the civilianareas of Nezapir sector of the LoC, resulting into injury of two civilianson Pakistan side.

On Thursday,the Indian Army violated the ceasefire along the workingboundary on targeting innocent civilians.

Three civilians were injured due to the unprovoked Indian firing in theZafarwal sector and the Pakistan Army launched a befitting response at theIndian post killing one Indian soldier and leaving two injured.
