The Lahore High Court has preserved its decision on the petitions against the release of bail in seven cases, including the attack on Chairman PTI's Jinnah House, bypassing interim bail orders. Justice Aaliyah Neelam questioned why Barrister Salman Safdar was not presented in such an important case.

In the Lahore High Court, a hearing was held on the petitions against the release of bail in seven cases, including the attack on Chairman PTI's Jinnah House. In the appeals, a request was made to reject the orders of the anti-terrorism courts to release bail before arrest orders issued by the court of counter-terrorism, and Chairman PTI's challenge to the decision to revoke bail by the court of counter-terrorism. Superintendent Attock Jail and others were made parties in the petitions.

The request argued that the petitioner is being targeted for political revenge, as he was acquitted in the Toshakhana case on August 5, and immediately after the acquittal, the police arrested the petitioner. The request also sought a directive from the court to hear bail applications on merit.

Justice Aaliyah Neelam and Justice Asjad Javaid Ghural, sitting on the bench, conducted the hearing. Advocate Salman Safdar's junior lawyer appeared in court on behalf of the petitioner, while Deputy Prosecutor General Rai Akhtar was also present in court on behalf of the prosecution
