Joint opposition takes a new decision on tomorrow’s hearing in SC

Considering the importance of the Chief Justice of Pakistan’s (CJP) suo link link notice on the no-confidence issue and their appearance before the larger bench, the leaders of the joint Opposition have decided to go together to the Supreme Court tomorrow.

According to the 24News HD TV channel, the joint opposition parties held a meeting headed by Main Shehbaz Sharif on Sunday night in Islamabad.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Maulana Fazlur Rehman, Akhtar Mengal, Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, Khalid Magsi, Shah Zain Bugti and other prominent leaders of different parties attended the meeting.

The sources said the Opposition parties' steering committee and legal team have given a detailed briefing to the participants of the meeting on the constitutional and legal issues on the matter.

According to the sources, the members of the Opposition’s steering committee and the legal experts’ team would also go to the Supreme Court along with the opposition leadership.
