ISLAMABAD – Electricity prices are being raised significantly acrossPakistan yet again by the federal government.
NEPRA has approved to raise electricity prices by one rupee 78 paisa perunit, which will cost the consumers Rs 24 billion 60 crore.Electricity has been made expensive due to July fuel adjustment. Theincrease will not apply to agricultural users.
