KARACHI – Counter Terrorism Department Sindh has saved Karachi from bigdisaster as three terrorists of banned outfit Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan(TTP) were killed and suicide jackets were recovered from the terrorists.
Terrorists who were planning to strike Karachi were killed in an encounterwith the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) at Ittehad Town in Karachi onTuesday.
The CTD and police jointly conducted a operation in the area of IttehadTown. The law enforces agencies said that they were planning to carry outan attack in Karachi.
It was further reported that explosives, two suicide jackets, ball bearingsand weapons were found during from the possession of the terrorists. Threeterrorists killed during the joint operations were suicide bombers.
