LAHORE– Federal government has seized bullet proof luxury car from NawazSharif Jati Umra residence.
Bullet-proof Mercedes of Cabinet Division were retrieved from the Jati Umraresidence of former premier Nawaz Sharif today (July 4).
According to the sources, Cabinet Division asked the former supremo on June28 to return the luxury cars. These cars were given to him from the PMHouse on May 31, 2017.
Cabinet Division sent a letter asking to return the cars to the transportpool immediately as they were not under Nawaz Sharif’s use anymore.

The letter was received by the superintendent of the Kot Lakhpat jail whohanded it over to the former premier. Cabinet Division demanded theofficial Mercedes back after the letter was received by Nawaz Sharif asanother copy of the letter was also sent to the Pakistan MuslimLeague-Nawaz (PML-N) vice President Maryam Nawaz, as per sources reported.
