*KARACHI: *Former speaker of the National Assembly and PPP leader DrFehmida Mirza along with his husband former home minister Sindh Dr ZulfiqarMirza announced to join the anti-Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) GrandDemocratic Alliance (GDA) under the leadership of Pir Pagara.

She made this announcement during the visit of Pagara to Mirza House.Pagara, who also heads the Pakistan Muslim League-Functional (PML-F), waswelcomed by Dr Fehmida Mirza.

He said there was a dire need to fight the corrupt mafia that ruled theSindh province for the last few years.

Senior PPP leader Saeed Ghani has said that his party gave respect toZulfikar Mirza and Fehmida Mirza but the time proved that they did notdeserve what they got from PPP.
