Khurshid Shah takes opposition on-board before writing letter to PM

ISLAMABAD: Opposition leader in National Assembly Khurshid Shah decided to take all opposition parties on-board before writing letter to PM Nawaz for investigation into the allegations of Panama leaks.

As per details, Opposition leader would take all opposition parties into confidence before writing letter to PM while he would establish telephonic contact today with PTI senior leader Shah Mahmood Qureshi, JI Ameer Siraj ul Haq, AML leader Sheikh Rashid and other parliamentary leaders in this regard.

Opposition leader said in his statement that he would take consult all opposition parties before writing letter to PM Nawaz and Opposition Terms of Reference for inquiry commission would be sent formally to PM Nawaz.

He further added that letter would be sent to PM Nawaz within 24 hours after taking opposition into confidence.

Khurshid Shah made it clear that letter would not be written by opposition to Supreme Court because it is the duty of government to implement it.

Talking about the context of letter, he added that it would be stated in the letter that Terms of References of inquiry commission was formed by opposition unanimously so government should take it serious and ensure implementation on it.
