Former Governor Punjab Ch Sarwar spits venom against PM Imran Khan and CM Buzdar

Former Punjab governor link ChaudhryMuhammad Sarwar link has come down hard onthe PTI leadership for directing him to commit “an unconstitutional task”,reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Addressing a news conference at the Governor’s House in Lahore on Sundayafter his dismissal link, a belligerentChaudhry Sarwar link claimed that he metwith Prime Minister Imran Khan twice and in the second meeting he offeredhis resignation.

He further revealed that in the first meeting along with the other PTIleaders, Defence Minister Pervez Khattak had asked him to sign the paperand upon the inquiry he was told that it was the summary for summoning thePunjab Assembly session on 2nd of April.

Sarwar link said Pervez Khattak told himPervaiz Elahi would be defeated if the assembly session would not be calledearlier because they could not manage the required numbers to win the chiefminister slot if the session is delayed.

He said, “I accepted that I raised my voice for the one time but because Idid not want to commit any unconstitutional act.”

Moving on, Sarwar link said he was beingblamed for playing on both sides, but noted that he was not interested inthe politics of “foul language” and warned that if he was attacked, hewould retaliate.

Sarwar link expressed his regret that hewas sacked in the dead of the night at a time when he was even ready totender resignation.

Sarwar link recalled that all 184 PTIlawmakers in Punjab Assembly and workers were surprised and saddened by theselection of Usman Buzdar.

He said that if there was any international conspiracy then it was ImranKhan’s decision to nominate Usman Buzdar for Punjab CM slot who plunderedPTI dreams of building Naya Pakistan. Sarwarlink said he is with the PTI workers atthis time.

Sarwar link said that even deputycommissioners were appointed after bribes and the mockery of Naya Pakistandream was made under Usman Buzdar.
