ISLAMABAD – Regular courts started functioning in tribal districts today.
Registrar Peshawar High Court Khawaja Wajihud Din told our Peshawarcorrespondent that twenty-eight judicial officers and eighteen prosecutorshave been posted in the tribal districts.
The registrar said special training is being provided to judicial officersto make them conversant with the peculiar customs and “riwaj” of tribaldistricts.
