ISLAMABAD – Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi will participate in aninternational conference on Kashmir in London to be held in connection withKashmir Solidarity Day.
The event would be attended among others by, British members of theParliament, Pakistani and Kashmiri leaders to highlight Kashmir cause atinternational fora.
The Conference is being held to express solidarity with the strugglingpeople of Indian Occupied Kashmir for the birth right to self determination.
The foreign minister will also meet British members of the parliament andother senior government officials and discuss with them matters ofbilateral interest besides highlighting Pakistan’s principled stand onKashmir.

Earlier, on arrival at London, talking to media persons the ForeignMinister said Pakistan is a peaceful country and believes in solution ofissues through peaceful means.
