Chief Justice Aamer Farooq inquired that when the court writes the decision on the bail request, it will be public. When the decision becomes public, why should the hearing be in-camera? Whether this camera is done or not is the discretion of the trial court. Shah Khawar Advocate said that Saifur is a secret document.
