Chairman PTI Imran Khan's transfer to Adiala Jail was initially interpreted as a relief, but the current circumstances and the speed at which their cases are being processed suggest that they were moved to Adiala not for relief but to expedite their cases. This is because the Cipher case is the strongest among the cases filed against PTI Chairman, with a potential sentence of up to 14 years, from two years previously.

The host of the 'Program '10 to 'Tak,' Rehan Tariq, stated that in this case, the other co-accused, Shah Mahmood Qureshi, was in Adiala Jail, and Imran Khan, the PTI Chairman, was in Attock Jail before. So, conducting the case hearings administratively faced some difficulties, but now both can possibly appear together in one case.

Today, during the Cipher case, a request for bail was heard in the Islamabad High Court. The Islamabad High Court reserved the decision on Chairman PTI Imran Khan's bail request in the Cipher case on the plea of in-camera proceedings under the Official Secrets Act. Prosecutor Shah Khawar Advocate appeared before the court and said that the trial cannot be made public under the Official Secrets Act.

The Chief Justice raised a question that the trial is separate; can the bail hearing also be in-camera? Shah Khawar Advocate said that under the Official Secrets Act, the trial cannot be made public. Today, we have filed a request in the trial court; during the bail hearing, some important documents and statements have to be presented in court. If this action becomes public, it can affect relations with some countries.

Chief Justice Aamer Farooq inquired that when the court writes the decision on the bail request, it will be public. When the decision becomes public, why should the hearing be in-camera? Whether this camera is done or not is the discretion of the trial court. Shah Khawar Advocate said that Saifur is a secret document. Chief Justice Aamer Farooq said that if there is any code of conduct or SOP regarding Saifur, let us know. I have not approved the camera request so far, but you provide evidence.
