Hussain Haqqani to help Reham Khan publish her book
LONDON - Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan’s ex-wife Reham Khan has reportedly sought former Pakistan ambassador to the United States Hussain Haqqani’s assistance to get her book published.
According to the report, Reham has written about Imran Khan and his first wife Jemima Khan in detail in her book. The unpublished book also talks about the personal life of cricketer-turned-politician, including his hobbies, details of his meetings with different political leaders, etc.
In the book, Reham Khan has written about her life at Bani Gala and how hard it was, while praising Shehbaz Sharif by calling him “man of his words”.
Three to four different names have been discussed for this controversial book and as per reports, “Sparkling Bani Gala” is at the top.
According to the report, the former wife of the PTI chief is currently in London to get the book published but the publishers have refused to publish it due to strict defamation laws in England. Following which, Reham met Hussain Haqqani at Harvey Nichols, where she sought his help in publishing her book.
If publishers in England refuse to publish the book, Reham will contact publishers in India and US through Haqqani, the report claimed.
Imran Khan can be disqualified under Article 62 and 63 after the launch of this book, the report claimed, adding, Reham is trying to get the book published before general elections 2018.
The report further claimed that Imran Khan’s political opponents are assisting Reham Khan in this whole process.
