MOSCOW: Russia has expressed readiness to resume dialogue with the United States.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told that U.S. National Security Adviser John Bolton contacted Moscow's presidential aide Yury Ushakov and confirmed that the two countries would like to resume dialogue.
