KARACHI (APP): The 21st CNS Open Golf Championship 2016 would tee off from August 4 at Karachi Golf Club (KGC).
It was revealed in the opening ceremony of championship 2016 held here at KGC.
The event would be played for 72 holes over the a period of 4-day where professionals and amateurs would show their performance.
The tournament offers highest prize money of Rs 6.5 million which includes Rs 0.5 million for Caddies/Semi Pro Match of KGC as well.
Moreover, a lot of other prizes have also been kept for professionals, Senior Professionals, Amateurs, Veterans, Junior and ladies categories.
Speaking on the occasion, Chief Guest of the event Rear Admiral Farrukh Ahmed said that Pakistan Navy was playing a significant role in promotion of sports including Golf at inter-services, national and international levels.
“Now, It is upto players to display their outstanding performance to win the prizes”, he said.
