ISLAMABAD – Pakistan Navy Ships MOAWIN and ASLAT visited Port Takoradi,Ghana as part of Overseas Deployment to Africa.
Mission Commander and Commanding Officers of the visiting ships called onprominent Ghanaian authorities including Ghana Navy Chief and Flag OfficerFleet.
During the visit, a free medical camp was also established by team ofPakistan Navy doctors and paramedics.
The visit was also utilized to highlight the deteriorating situation inIndian Occupied Kashmir.
Upon arrival at Port Takoradi, visiting Pakistan Navy Ships were extended awarm welcome by Ghana Navy.
As a gesture of goodwill, a free Medical Camp was also established off portpremises by a team of Pakistan Navy doctors and paramedics.
The ongoing deployment of Pakistan Navy Ships to Africa is aimed at furtherstrengthening friendly ties with African countries, enhancing navalcollaboration, extending humanitarian assistance and developinginteroperability with the host navies.
